KONFERENCIJA HRANA I KLIMATSKE PROMJENE

Pozivamo Vas na međunarodnu znanstvenu konferenciju HRANA I KLIMATSKE PROMJENE koja će se održati 15. i 16. listopada 2021. u organizaciji Odjela za prehrambenu tehnologiju Sveučilišta Sjever te PERSPIRE projekta Instituta Ruđer Bošković uz podršku International Association of Dietary Nutrition and Safety (IADNS).

Klimatske promjene uzrokuju nepovratne promjene u okolišu koje su ozbiljna globalna prijetnja proizvodnji i sigurnosti hrane. U sklopu Svjetskog dana hrana koji se obilježava diljem svijeta 16. listopada, cilj ove konferencije je okupiti vodeće znanstvenike iz Hrvatske i inozemstva koji se bave klimatskim promjenama i njihovih utjecajem na sve aspekte proizvodnje, distribucije, dostupnosti i sigurnosti hrane.


Konferencija će se održati dva dana:

  • Prvi dan – 15. listopada održat će se hibridno: kontaktno u prostorijama Sveučilišta Sjever u Sveučilišnom centru Koprivnica, Trg dr. Žarka Dolinara 1, 48000 Koprivnica i online
  • Drugi dan – 16. listopada održat će se online

Kampus Sveučilišnog centra u Koprivnici je kampus „nulte emisije CO2“ stoga potičemo sudionike koji dolaze kontaktno da koriste javni prijevoz sa što manjim otiskom CO2, električna vozila, vlak ili električni autobus (BusKo) od kolodvora do kampusa.


Sudjelovanje na konferenciji je BESPLATNO!

Zbog epidemiološke situacije maksimalan broj sudionika na kontaktnim predavanjima je 50 dok broj sudionika na online predavanjima nije ograničen.


ROK ZA PRIJAVU SAŽETKA ZA USMENO IZLAGANJE ILI IZLAGANJE U OBLIKU E-POSTERA JE 1. LISTOPADA 2021.

Prijava sažetka na engleskom jeziku (maximalno 250 riječi) vrši se putem e-maila: food@unin.hr

Svi prihvaćeni sažeci do navedenog datuma biti će objavljeni u Knjizi sažetaka.
